Welcome to Azia Restaurant & Lounge (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website located at aziaaruba.com (the “Website”), the GG2GO mobile application, our reservation system, or placing an order (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent. By using our Services, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Use of the Website & Services

a. You agree to use our Website and Services only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
b. You will not misuse, interfere with, or impair the functionality of the Website or Services, including but not limited to hacking, automated data collection, or introducing harmful code.

3. Reservations & Orders

a. Reservations: All bookings (dine-in or events) are subject to availability and confirmation. We may require valid contact details to secure and confirm a reservation.

b. Orders: Online orders placed via the GG2GO app may be subject to minimum orders, cut-off times, and applicable delivery or pick-up conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason.

4. Payments

a. Payments must be made via the methods accepted by Azia (e.g., credit card, in-app payment).
b. Prices are subject to change. You will be charged the price at the time of order or booking.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

a. Cancellations: Reservations or event bookings should be canceled within the timeframe specified during booking to avoid potential fees.
b. Orders: Refund eligibility depends on preparation stage. Once an order is confirmed and prepared, we may not offer refunds.

6. Intellectual Property

The Website, design, text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video (“Content”) are owned by or licensed to Azia. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any Content without express permission.

7. User Submissions & Feedback

a. Any user-submitted content (e.g., reviews, photos) becomes our property upon submission and may be used by Azia without restriction.

b. Feedback you provide regarding our Services is non-confidential and may be used freely.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Website or app may contain links or integrations (e.g., social media, payment processors) that are governed by third-party terms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

a. Services are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.
b. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Azia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Azia and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Aruba unless otherwise required by law.
